Herbert is best known for composing many successful operettas that premiered on Broadway from the 1890s to World War I. Great signed photo with a music quote, dated in 1920, inscribed. The music quote is from his "Petite Valse", part III of the "3 pieces for cello and piano" he composed between 1900 and 1906. Size is 7. 25 x 9 inches. Also included is a letter handwritten and signed by him,
